Delete account permanently

Export first. Cancel any subscription before deleting. This removes your account and notes from the active database. Backup copies may remain until the published retention period expires.

Ask about a screen

Choose a tab or window, then capture one still image. Preview it before sending. Only that image and your question go to OpenAI. Your notes and business profile are not included. Each provider attempt uses one request from your monthly plan allowance. Optimus can explain the image but cannot click or control your computer.

Import a folder
Choose a folder, review the list, and select up to 20 Markdown or UTF-8 text files, each under 90 KB. Selected contents and relative filenames are uploaded to your hosted workspace. Originals stay on your device. No files go to OpenAI during import.
Unchanged active copies are skipped. Changed files become new notes. Files in Trash can be imported again. This is a manual import; there is no background sync.

Gmail · read and draft
Connect Gmail opens Google, where you choose the email account and approve read-only access. Search or open messages on demand; nothing is marked read, changed, or sent. AI drafts require a separate approval to send the displayed email text to OpenAI. Drafts remain editable here and can be saved to your workspace—not Gmail Drafts.

Manage or revoke Google access. Disconnect here removes saved credentials and requests Google revocation. If revocation fails, use Manage Google access. Each AI draft attempt uses your plan allowance.
Customer Gmail is a restricted review preview. Google Drive and Calendar are not connected.
