Your first subscription payment

Request a full refund of your first Optimus Prime subscription payment within 7 days of that payment by emailing forgeandhelm@gmail.com.

Other requests

Requests received later, and requests concerning subsequent subscription payments, are reviewed through support. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

How to request a refund

Email us from your account email address and identify the payment you want reviewed. Do not send your password or full payment-card details. Refunding a payment and canceling future renewal are separate actions; tell support if you also want to cancel renewal.

Subscriptions are not open yet. This policy applies when paid subscriptions become available; reading this page does not create a subscription or charge.
