Terms of service

Service and your content

The customer edition provides an account workspace for notes, reviewed Markdown/text imports, source search, AI answers with citations, saved drafts and consent-based screenshot assistance. The current edition does not provide desktop control, voice, camera access, Telegram or cloud-app connectors. You retain your rights in your content and authorize processing needed to deliver the features you request. Upload only material you are authorized to use.

Account security and acceptable use

Keep your login secure. Do not upload passwords, API keys or payment-card details into notes. Do not access another account, evade limits, distribute unlawful material or interfere with security. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized account access.

AI answers and sharing

When you confirm a note-based AI request, your question, business context and selected matching note excerpts are shared with OpenAI. For screen assistance, only your reviewed snapshot and question are shared; notes and business context are excluded. Answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Review the cited sources before relying on them. This edition does not browse the web or perform external actions. Direct source search does not send an AI request.

Subscription and limits

Membership is $29 USD per month for one account and workspace. Stripe displays the amount, applicable taxes and renewal details before you pay. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Creating an account alone does not start a paid subscription.

Membership includes 50 bounded AI attempts per UTC calendar month. The allowance resets on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC, independently of your billing anniversary. Unused requests do not roll over. Provider attempts count even if the provider fails. Source search does not consume this allowance. Requests have input and output size limits.

Workspace limits are 1,000 notes and 20 MB of note content. Markdown imports accept up to 20 files per batch, up to 100 KB each. Reviewed folder imports accept Markdown and UTF-8 text files, up to 20 files of 90 KB each.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Manage billing to cancel renewal through Stripe, or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days by emailing support. Later requests are reviewed through support, and legally required refunds are honored. Export and deletion

You can export your workspace before deleting your account. Trash remains recoverable until account deletion. Account deletion removes the active workspace and signs out sessions. The app requires an active subscription to finish cancellation before account deletion; contact support for assistance. Backup and provider records are addressed in the privacy notice.

Availability and changes

The pilot can have interruptions and has no uptime guarantee. Keep your own copies of important material. We will communicate material pricing or terms changes before they apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customer registration is invitation-only during the private pilot.
